You are responsible for arriving at our studio located at 7725 S Woodgreen Rd, West Jordan, UT 84084 at the scheduled time. We require at least twenty-four hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than twenty-four hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent of the service price. No-shows without any prior notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, staff illness, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and we will make every effort to notify you as early as possible in such cases.
All prices for services and products are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed on our website are for general reference and we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as debit cards and cash. A valid credit card may be required to secure a booking, particularly for appointments exceeding sixty minutes in duration. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems. Product returns are accepted within fourteen days of purchase with original receipt, subject to our product return policy.
The Wax Lounge provides professional waxing, skincare, and beauty services performed by licensed estheticians and cosmetologists. While we strive to achieve optimal results for every client, individual outcomes may vary based on skin type, hair texture, medical conditions, and other factors outside our control. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions of the skin. If you have a dermatological concern, we recommend consulting a licensed dermatologist. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information to your esthetician before treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in adverse reactions for which The Wax Lounge will not be held liable. You agree to follow all pre-care and post-care instructions provided by your esthetician. Pre-care instructions may include avoiding sun exposure, not using retinoids or exfoliating products for a specified period before treatment, and ensuring adequate hair length for waxing. Post-care instructions may include avoiding heat, friction, and certain skincare products for a period after treatment. You agree to communicate any discomfort during treatment to your esthetician immediately so that adjustments can be made. You acknowledge that waxing involves temporary discomfort and that minor redness, irritation, or bumps may occur following treatment and are generally normal side effects that resolve within twenty-four to forty-eight hours.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, videos, audio clips, and software, is the property of TheWaxLounge LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
